Purpose: To present the Annual Report and Accounts 2024/25 to our staff, the Council of Governors, Foundation Trust Members and the Public.

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) will reflect on our work during 2024/2025.
There will be presentations on the Annual Report from our Chief Executive, Professor Mel Pickup and on the Annual Accounts from our Chief Finance Officer, Ben Roberts. Lead Governor, Mark Chambers, will provided an update on the Council’s work and Membership during 2024/25.
If you have any questions you would like to raise please do so by close of Thursday 19th March 2026 so we can arrange for responses at the meeting.
