For the first round-up of July we’re focusing on an emotive photography and audio storytelling project, Through Their Eyes, that became a focal point at our recent Thrive leadership event and is now showing at Bradford Literature Festival.
By talking to our colleagues about what it means to belong at Bradford Teaching Hospitals and bringing their experiences together as a series of videos, we created a project that reflects the strength, compassion and connection found in shared stories.
Our people are our strength; they are our NHS and Through Their Eyes is a wonderful way to celebrate the contribution they make.
