Zulfiqar has over 30 years of experience in social impact, specialising in entrepreneurship, community development, and the arts. He has a strong track record in designing innovative programmes, building partnerships, and raising significant funding to support social impact initiatives.
He has held key leadership roles at UnLtd, Impact Hub Global and, Equal Impact, contributing to the development of major initiatives and global networks.
Currently, he is Executive Director of The Leap, where he leads efforts to expand participation in arts, culture and climate action among underserved communities.
