Pauline Vickers

Pauline was appointed a non-executive director at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in November 2013.

She currently works for Royal Mail, and brings a wealth of business and leadership experience gained at board level in a range of commercial, customer and people-focused roles across the Royal Mail Group.

Educated at Prince Henry’s Grammar School, Otley, she went on to read Management Science at the University of Manchester Science and Technology (UMIST), before obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Training and Development at Leeds Metropolitan University. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, an accredited coach via Middlesex University and recently completed the Executive Leadership Development Programme at the Oxford Said Business School.

Pauline is committed to supporting diversity and is a member of the diversity steering group at Royal Mail and chairs the London women’s network which supports the success of women within the organisation.

Pauline is also a trustee of the Rowland Hill Fund, a charity which supports Royal Mail employees and pensioners in times of need.

She was appointed as a senior independent director (SID) at the Trust on 1 December, 2016.
