Kathryn lives in Apperley Bridge with her husband, her autistic step son and beloved spaniel Jackson.
Kathryn’s professional life spans 25 x years of management consultancy specialising in Customer Service; working across all industry sectors and into Europe. Ten years of Kathryn’s career was running her own telecoms company which received recognition by the Department of Health for the advancements made to improve telephony access into Primary Care dental and GP practices. The business was successfully sold and now Kathryn is the Global Go-To-Market Lead at PegaSystems, an American multinational Customer Experience technology vendor. Kathryn is a regular Customer Experience and contact centre Judge and speaker at various events.
Kathryn loves the outdoors, whether that be hiking in the mountains, biking in the countryside or just sitting in her garden with a glass of wine.
