With National Apprenticeships Week just around the corner, this week we’re revisiting a story that highlights the opportunities and lasting impact of our apprenticeship programmes that can kickstart a great NHS career.
We’re proud of our apprenticeships here at the Trust, which combine hands-on practical work experience with academic study, offering pathways from GCSE equivalent qualifications right up to masters level training. It’s a great introduction to the world of work for young people or a career change for staff already working at the Trust.
