We are a team of dedicated specialist oncology dietitians working across different specialities including upper gastrointestinal cancer, haematology, colorectal, breast, urological and lung cancers.
We provide a nutrition and dietetics service both to patients in hospital and outpatients through telephone or face to face appointments.
Remaining nutritionally well can help you cope with anti-cancer treatment and improve your quality of life. We provide tailored, evidence based advice to help meet your nutritional needs and support you to manage nutritional problems that you may experience such as weight loss, reduced appetite, nausea, taste changes and changes in bowel habits.
We accept referrals for adults with all types of cancer who have a Bradford GP or consultant.
Any health care professional can refer you to our service. You can ask your clinical nurse specialist, oncology doctor or GP to refer you.
Our outpatient face-to-face clinics are held at St Lukes Hospital and Eccleshill Community Hospital .
We also offer telephone appointments if this would suit you better.
