Helen has worked as a Consultant Paediatrician in Bradford for 15 years and has a special interest in cardiology. She was Clinical Director for Children and Neonatal Services, and enjoyed working closely with colleagues across Bradford and within the Trust as part of this role.
She is a strong advocate of the principles of system working and believes that we need to forge close links and work together, not only in the Trust, but also with voluntary services, schools and all health agencies to enable us to deliver high quality care to families in Bradford. She hopes to use her links with colleagues across the Trust to enable their voices and ideas to be heard effectively.
In her spare time, Helen loves the outdoors and can often be found in the Dales and Lakes with her husband and two teenagers.
