Visiting times and ward locations

A list of all visiting and opening times is available here.
To locate a ward you may find our interactive map helpful.

Dining facilities for visitors

Meals can be purchased in Priestley’s restaurant on Level 1 at Bradford Royal Infirmary and in the Horton Wing at St Luke’s Hospital. Opening times are displayed outside each dining room. Please note that patients are not allowed to eat in the dining rooms. A selection of coffee shops and tea bars are also available at both hospitals.

Parking Information

Pay & Display

Visitors should use the Pay & Display areas provided at each hospital site. You are advised to bring loose change for the Pay & Display ticket machine. The cost of parking is:

Up to 3 hours £2.00

Up to 24 hours £5.00

Disabled Badge Holders

Blue badge holders can park free of charge in the Disabled or the Pay & Display areas provided their badge is displayed. You must not park on double yellow lines anywhere within the grounds. Should you do so, the Trust operates a parking charge notice system if you infringe car parking regulations.

Concessionary car parking permits

Concessionary car parking permits are available for frequent attendees. These will be issued to the nearest relative or friend after having visited a patient for over seven days, or for those patients whose treatment requires them to make repeated attendance at a clinic or ward. Please ask staff about this.

Security

The Trust will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage occurring to vehicles whilst parked on the hospital site. Please remember to ensure your vehicle is left secure and all personal items are removed from view.

Fixed Penalty Notices

A fixed penalty charge is levied for any vehicle, not adhering to the Parking Regulations as displayed on the notice boards in the parking areas. The initial fine is £15.00 for prompt payment rising as non-payment continues.
