Whilst you are in hospital we aim to give you the skilled attention and caring services necessary to ensure comfort and hasten your recovery. In line with national policy we are a No Smoking hospital. If this is likely to cause difficulties for you, we can provide you with help and advice whilst you are in hospitals.

All our staff are committed to continually improving the patient experience in relation to the service provided. This includes communications and information and we would welcome any feedback you may have on your experience, which would help with improvements.

We realise that being in hospital may be a new and strange experience for you. This booklet aims to provide you with key information. However, if there are further questions that remain unanswered about any aspect of your stay or treatment whilst you are a patient, then the nurse in charge or a doctor or nurse involved in your care will be happy to help.
