The anti-coagulant clinic currently provides services for over 2000 patients

The clinic is located in Horton Wing at St Luke’s Hospital and is staffed by a multidisciplinary team including a consultant haematologist (blood specialist).  All national standards applied to anti-coagulation services are met by the clinic. 

We work closely with GPs and primary care local anti-coagulation services providers.
