General Information

Biochemistry analyses the chemicals in the blood and other body fluids to aid the diagnosis of disease. There are markers that accompany diseases of the liver, heart, kidney and bone that are measured and monitored.  These markers can indicate disease caused by the malfunction of the immune response.
