Equality Impact Assessments

We are committed to improving our services and employment opportunities for all sections of the community.   We are carrying out Equality Impact Assessments of all our policies and functions.  An Equality Impact Assessment is a method of assessing whether a policy or service has an impact on equality groups.

It aims to identify any positive or negative impact on the promotion of equality on the Foundation Trust’s Equality Strands:
